A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. A tracker is anything that reads or writes information on your device: cookies, local storage, pixels. Under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, as specified by the CNIL, your consent is required before any tracker that is not strictly necessary for the service you asked for is set.
This page describes exactly what the accueil-ia.fr website and the essai.accueil-ia.fr sign-up flow store, for what purpose, for how long, and how you decide.

These cookies only make the website and the sign-up flow work. They do not track your browsing and are exempt from consent. Refusing them would prevent the service from working.

Accueil IA advertises on Google. To know whether a sign-up follows one of its ads, the website may load the Google Ads measurement tag. Nothing is loaded or stored until you click “Accept all” in the banner. If you refuse, the tag is never loaded and your visit is not sent to Google.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_au |
Links a sign-up to the Google ad that brought the visit (advertising conversion measurement). | 90 days | Google, on the accueil-ia.fr domain |
Cookies on Google's own domains (for example IDE, test_cookie) |
Used by Google on its own domains when the tag loads. | Set by Google, up to 13 months | Google Ireland Limited |
What we do not allow: personalised advertising and remarketing. The signals sent to Google are limited to conversion measurement; the ad personalisation permission stays refused whatever your choice.
Recipient of the data: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. To learn how Google uses the data: Google's advertising policies.
On your first visit, a banner offers “Refuse all” and “Accept all”, two identical buttons: refusing takes exactly the same click as accepting. You can also keep browsing without choosing; in that case nothing is stored.
Your choice, acceptance or refusal, is kept for six months in the aia_cookies cookie. It applies to the accueil-ia.fr website and to the essai.accueil-ia.fr sign-up flow. After that period, you are asked again.
To change your mind at any time, click Manage cookies at the bottom of every page: the banner reopens with your current choice. If you withdraw your consent, the Google tag is no longer loaded and the cookies it had set on our domain are deleted.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings, privacy section. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-up and login.
Customer areas (your-business.accueil-ia.fr), the portal offered to callers and the quote and invoice pages use no tracker subject to consent: only the strictly necessary cookies described above. No banner is displayed there.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@accueil-ia.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Other processing (account, calls, transcripts) is described in the terms of use and the legal notice (in French).
